The Left on the Table calculator is a free tool that estimates how much money gut pricing may cost your business each year.

The calculator multiplies your average job value by the share you think gut pricing leaves behind, which gives a figure for one job. It then multiplies that figure by the jobs you run each month, and by twelve for the yearly total. The result is only as good as the three numbers you enter, so use your own typical month. A rough guess still shows how small gaps on each job add up over a year.
